I have been taking Mary Ruth’s liquid women’s multivitamin for a year now and love it. I believe it is the best women’s multivitamin on the market. I have tried other clean ingredients and natural vitamins but they either taste awful or are huge pills

Long but honest review of my process
I’ve tested this starting 13/10/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realised I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps.

Keeps you regular
I’ve been using these for about 6 months. They have helped with bloating and made me more regular. It’s like clockwork when taking these. I seriously go to the bathroom first thing after waking up in the morning and again in the afternoon every single day.

Absolutely love this product. I love the way it makes my skin look. I also feel like my hair is thicker and healthier. Great quality great ingredients no digestion issues. Great taste. I do wish it was a little less expensive but definitely, well worth it.
